I am just a sushi enthusiast who always strives to serve the most delicious and super fresh sakana. Beyond my passion for food, I have a deep love for the outdoors and traveling around the world. Additionally, all my establishments are LGBTQ+ friendly. Do you know why? It turns out my wife is a lesbian, something I discovered after 20 years of marriage. Though it might seem late, we have become strong partners for life, even if not in the traditional sense. With a shared love for cuisine, nature, and exploring new places, our journey together continues to be an adventure. It's quite the story, isn't it?
